摘要
运用差分脉冲伏安法(DPV)研究了磺胺在石墨烯锰卟啉复合材料修饰电极(GR-MnTPP/GCE)上的电化学行为。结果表明,在pH=7.0的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中产生了一个不可逆的氧化峰,峰电位为0.89 V;同时在5.0×10-6~2.0×10-4mol/L范围内,磺胺的电化学检测峰电流与浓度呈现明显的线性关系,线性方程为y=0.114c+11.982,相关系数R=0.9989,平行测定的相对误差小于1.378%(n=7)。研究表明,利用石墨烯锰卟啉复合材料修饰电极对磺胺的电化学检测有良好的响应效果,可以应用于对磺胺的测定。
Electrochemical determination of sulfonamide at graphene-manganese porphyrin composite modified electrode(GR-MnTPP/GCE)is studied by differential pulse voltammetry(DPV).The results show that an irreversible oxidation peak is generated with a peak potential of 0.89 V in the phosphate buffer solution with p H=7.0.At the same time,in the range of 5.0×10-6-2.0×10-4 mol·L-1,the peak current of sulfonamide has a clear linear relationship with its concentration.The linear equation for electrochemical detection is y=0.114 c+11.982,the correlation coefficient R=0.9989,and the relative error of parallel determination is less than 1.38%(n=7).It is shown via research that the electrode modified with graphene-manganese porphyrin composite has a good response to the electrochemical detection of sulfonamide and can be applied to the determination of sulfonamide.
