摘要 粉体物料混合是制药生产中非常关键的工艺步骤,只有将活性物质与药用辅料充分混合均匀,才能保证生产出质量合格的药物制剂。为了控制粉体混合物的均匀性,首先需要对混合过程中粉体的混合情况进行评价。由于混合过程中粉体的运动十分复杂,因此如何正确评价物料的混合效果成为制药工业研究的热点和难点。本文综述了影响粉体混合均匀性的因素以及目前评价粉体混合效果的技术,并比较了这些评价技术的优缺点,以帮助研究人员选择合适的粉体混合效果评价方法。 The mixing of powder materials is a very important process step in pharmaceutical production.Only when the active substances and medicinal excipients are fully and evenly mixed can we ensure the production of qualified pharmaceutical preparations.In order to control the uniformity of the powder mixture,it is necessary to evaluate the mixing of the powder in the mixing process.Because the movement of powder in the mixing process is very complex,how to correctly evaluate the mixing effect of materials has become a hot and difficult point in the pharmaceutical industry.In this paper,the factors affecting the uniformity of powder mixing and the current techniques for evaluating the mixing effect of powder were reviewed,and the advantages and disadvantages of these evaluation techniques were compared to help researchers choose the appropriate evaluation method of powder mixing effect.
