摘要
采用超声波提取方法得到苹果皮提取物,将其作为护肤因子,制备苹果皮提取物润肤乳液。通过水杨酸法测定苹果皮提取物对羟基自由基清除率,同时对制备的乳液进行性能评价。结果表明:润肤乳液最佳基础配方为橄榄油5.0%、蜂蜡3.0%、白凡士林3.5%、硬脂酸5.0%、C16醇3.5%、0.98%Span-80、3.02%Tween-80、甘油3.0%和1,4-丁二醇2.0%、防腐剂0.1%。在此条件下制备的苹果皮提取物润肤乳液是水包油型(O/W)体系,具有很好的稳定性、保湿性和抗氧化性。
Apple skin extract was obtained by microwave extraction method and used as skin care factor to prepare apple skin lotion.The hydroxyl radical scavenging of apple skin extract was determined by salicylic acid method,and the properties of the lotin were evaluated.The results showed that the best basic formula of skin lotion was 5.0%olive oil,3.0%beeswax,3.5%white vaseline,5.0%stearic acid,3.5%alcohol,0.98%Span-80,3.02%Tween-80,3.0%glycerin,2.0%1,4-butanediol,0.1%preservative.Under these conditions,the preparation of apple skin lotion was an O/W system,with good stability,moisture retention and antioxidant properties.
