河北新启元60万t/a燃料油加氢高温屏蔽泵使用与改造

High temperature canned motor pump use and transformation in 600kt/a fuel oil hydrogenation unit in Hebei Xinqiyuan

在由30万t/a蒽油加氢装置升级改造为60万t/a燃料油加氢装置时,新增了高温屏蔽泵。在操作中发现,因加氢原料含蜡质较高,凝点较高,高温屏蔽泵无法正常备用或平稳运行。通过加装球阀并引出外接阀门等措施,实现了屏蔽泵的正常使用。

High temperature canned motor pump was added during upgrading from 300kt/a anthracene oil hydrogenation unit to 600kt/a fuel oil hydrogenation unit.During operation,it was found that the high temperature canned motor pump could not stand by or run smoothly because of the high wax content and high pour point of the hydrogenation raw material.By installing ball valve and leading out external valve,the normal use of canned motor pump was realized.
