以家庭为主的自主运动锻炼在肺癌患者中的应用

Effects of family-based voluntary exercise in patients with lung cancer

目的:探讨以家庭为主的自主运动锻炼对肺癌患者运动能力、情绪及生活质量的影响。方法:采用便利抽样法,选取2016年6月—2019年3月于中国医科大学肿瘤医院进行手术治疗并行化疗的160例肺癌患者作为研究对象。所有患者术后均行两个周期的辅助化疗,对照组行常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上,术后1周后进行为期3个月的家庭自主运动锻炼,术后3个月比较两组患者的运动能力、呼吸功能、焦虑、抑郁情况及生活质量评分。结果:护理干预后,试验组第1秒用力呼气容积、第1秒用力呼气容积占用力肺活量的百分比均高于对照组;试验组患者6 min步行距离长于对照组;试验组SAS评分低于对照组;差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:以家庭为主的自主运动锻炼可改善肺癌患者的呼吸功能,增加6 min步行距离,并改善患者焦虑状况。

Objective:To explore the effects of family-based voluntary exercise on exercise capacity,mood and quality of life of patients with lung cancer.Methods:Totally 160 patients with lung cancer who underwent surgery and chemotherapy in Cancer Hospital of China Medical University from June 2016 to March 2019 were selected by convenient sampling.All patients underwent two cycles of adjuvant chemotherapy after surgery.Patients in the control group received routine care,while patients in the experimental group did family-based exercise for 3 months 1 week after surgery based on the routine care for the control group.The exercise capacity,respiratory function,anxiety,depression and quality of life scores 3 month after surgery were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing intervention,the forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV1)and the percentage of FEV1 in forced vital capacity(FVC)in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group;the 6-minute walking distance of the experimental group was longer than that of the control group;the Self-Anxiety Scale(SAS)score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusions:Family-based voluntary exercise can enhance the respiratory function of patients with lung cancer,increase the 6-minute walking distance,and improve patients'anxiety.
