水胶体敷料在神经内科压疮患者中的应用

Application of hydrocolloid dressing in patients with pressure injuries in Neurology department

目的:探讨水胶体敷料应用于神经内科压疮患者的应用效果。方法:选取2016年8月—2019年8月哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院神经内科收治的压疮患者44例,分为对照组22例和观察组22例。对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组在常规的护理上采用水胶体敷料的方法,比较两组患者压疮愈合评价量表(PUSH)得分情况。结果:干预前,两组间PUSH评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组PUSH得分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:水胶体敷料用于压疮患者,能够提高疗效。

Objective:To explore the application effect of hydrocolloid dressings in patients with pressure injuries in Department of Neurology.Methods:A total of 44 patients with pressure injures who were admitted to Department of Neurology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University from August 2016 to August 2019 were selected and they were divided into the control group(n=22)and the observation group(n=22).The control group used povidone-iodine gauze to cover wounds in routine nursing while the observation group used hydrocolloid dressing in routine nursing.After intervention,the score of Pressure Ulcer Scale for Healing(PUSH)were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the difference of PUSH in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Hydrocolloid dressings for treatment of patients with pressure injuries can significantly improve curative effects.
