声动力治疗在肿瘤治疗中的研究与进展 被引量:3

Research and development of sonodynamic therapy in tumor treatment

摘要 肿瘤的传统治疗方式包括手术、化疗和放疗等,这些治疗方式主要针对早期以及一般情况较好的肿瘤患者,而晚期及一般情况较差的患者往往难以从中获益。声动力治疗(sonodynamic therapy,SDT)是一种基于光动力治疗(photodynamic therapy,PDT)的非侵入性治疗方式,利用超声波与声敏剂之间的相互作用对肿瘤组织产生损伤作用。相较于PDT,SDT具有更有效的深层组织穿透力及对正常组织损伤更小的优点。本文旨在对SDT的作用机制及近年来该领域基础研究和临床应用的进展进行综述,揭示其在肿瘤治疗中的潜力;此外,本文还阐述了SDT在临床转化过程中面临的问题与困难,以期为后续的研究和临床应用提供参考与指导。 Patients with early stage tumor and better general condition can be treated with traditional therapies such as surgery,chemotherapy and radiotherapy,which may be not suitable for those patients with advanced stage tumor or poor general condition.Sonodynamic therapy(SDT)is a non-invasive therapy based on the photodynamic therapy(PDT),which damages tumor tissue by the interaction between ultrasound and sonosensitizer.Compared with PDT,SDT has the advantages of more effective penetration in deep tissue and less damage to normal tissue.This article reviews the mechanism of SDT and the development of basic research and clinical application of SDT in recent years to reveal its potential in tumor treatment.In addition,the problems and difficulties in the clinical transformation of SDT are discussed in order to provide reference and guidance for the following research and application.
