摘要
页岩气生产套管在压裂施工作业过程中损坏变形,是影响国内页岩气井生产建设的主要原因,分析和明确套损的主要原因是解决套管损坏的重要手段。通过实物试验和有限元计算相结合的方法,分析研究了生产套管承受各种载荷的能力,并根据分析结果,针对性地提出了解决方案。页岩气井生产套管变形是多种复合载荷共同作用下,套管承受的载荷超出管体的极限承载能力所致。选择高钢级生产套管有助于提升套管承受复合载荷能力;复合管串设计可以有效降低高钢级套管的使用成本,降低高风险段的套损率。
Shale gas production casing damage and deformation during fracturing construction is the main factor affecting domestic shale gas well production and construction.Analyzing and clarifying of the main reasons for casing damage is important to solve this problem.The article analyzed the ability of the production casing to bear various loads by a combination of physical testing and finite element calculation,and proposed solutions according to the analysis results.Casing deformation was caused by combined loads under the service conditions which exceeds the casing′s load bearing capacity.Selection of high strength casing can enhance the combined load bearing capacity,and design of combined casing string can reduce the casing damage rate and production cost.
