摘要
建筑业正向信息化、集成化转型,然而近几年数据表明,BIM技术作为重要的技术手段其市场普及状况并不理想。本文通过对BIM在建筑工程市场普及情况进行分析,探讨基于BIM的全过程集成管理模式在现阶段市场难以普及的原因,进而提出以政府为主导的行业发展思路,为BIM技术的市场应用提供路径参考。
The construction industry is transforming into information integration.However,the data in recent years show that BIM technology,as an important technical means,was not ideal inits market popularization.Based on the analysis of the popularization of BIM in the construction engineering market,this paper discussed the reasons why it is difficult to popularize the BIM based integrated process management model in the current market,and then put forward the government-led industry development ideas to provide a reference for the market application of BIM technology.
