陕北矿区浅埋厚煤层开采矿山压力显现特征及规律研究 被引量:4

Study on Mine Pressure Behavior Characteristics and Regularity in Mining Shallow Thick Coal Seam in Northern Shaanxi Mining Area

摘要 神府煤田大多数为浅埋厚煤层,矿山压力带来的覆岩运动伴随的力学破坏现象逐渐被重视,因此研究浅埋厚煤层矿山压力表现特征及规律变得尤为重要。本文以陕北矿区神府煤田贾家畔煤矿5201工作面为研究对象,从基本顶的周期来压显现、支架工作阻力分析、工作面超前支承矿压规律分析、巷道移近量观测结果综合分析等研究了综采工作面矿压显现规律和特征。结果表明:工作面周期来压步距平均为11.9m,力学宏观现象明显的周期来压步距为35m^36m,超前支承压力经过调整期、增强期和稳定期,支承压力影响范围为60m^65m。工作面支架初撑力达标值较低,科学管理支护有待提高。 Most of Shenfu coalfields are shallow buried thick coal seams,and the mechanical damage phenomenon associated with the overburden movement caused by mine pressure has gradually been paid attention to.Therefore,it has become particularly important to study the pressure performance characteristics and the analysis of support effects of shallow buried thick coal seams.This paper takes the work face 5201 of Jiajiapan coal mine in Shenfu coalfield in northern Shaanxi mining area as the research object.This paper studies the law and characteristics of the pressure in fully mechanized mining face from the period of the basic roof,the analysis of the working resistance of the support,the analysis of the law of the advanced support pressure in the working face,and the comprehensive analysis of the observation results of the roadway movement.The results show that the average pressure margin is 11.9 m in the working face cycle and 35 to 36 m in the cycle with obvious macroscopic phenomena.The forward support pressure passes through the adjustment period,the enhancement period and the stabilization period.The impact of the support pressure is 60 to 65m.The initial support strength of the working face is low,and the scientific management support needs to be improved.
