某商住小区地下室剪力墙裂缝成因分析

Analysis on Causes of Cracks in Basement Shear Wall of a Commercial and Residential District

为控制主楼与裙房因基础不均匀沉降,可以从构造、结构及施工方面采取措施。当其中某一控制措施(施工工序)不到位时,会对结构产生一定影响。本文结合工程实例,利用YJK软件研究了当施工工序不当时结构的应力云图,结果表明:计算结果与工程实际基本吻合。

In order to control the uneven settlement of the main building and skirt building,measures can be taken from the aspects of structure and construction.When one of the control measures(construction process)is not in place,it will have a certain impact on the structure.In this paper,the stress cloud diagram of the structure is studied by YJK software based on an engineering example,and it is found that the calculated results are basically consistent with the engineering practice.
