摘要
目前,大型建设项目对于混凝土桩的安全性要求日益提高,使得桩基的灌注工艺必须严格要求,只有保证好的桩基检测效果,才能确保其工程质量和安全要求。声波透射法利用超声的声学特性与介质之间的关系,可以用于桩基的检测并保证结构完整性。但是传统的超声判据如声速、波幅、PSD等并不能充分考虑各参数之间的关系,因此判断结果出现比较大的误差。在借鉴大量工程实践的基础上,利用统计规律,提出了新的判据,并应用于工程实践,结果证明新的判据可以有效对桩基结构的质量状态进行判断。
At present,the safety requirements of large-scale construction projects for concrete piles are increasing day by day,which makes the pouring process of pile foundation strictly required.And only the accurate test results can ensure the quality and safety requirements of the project.The acoustic transmission method can be used to detect the pile foundation by using the changes of sound velocity,amplitude and PSD,and sometimes they contradict themselves on the basis of a large number of engineering practice,this paper puts forward a new criterion and applies it to engineering practice.The results show that the new criterion can effectively distinguish the quality state of pile foundation structure.
