摘要
随着高层及超高层建筑的发展,混凝土泵送技术成为项目建设中的重要手段,准确评估混凝土可泵性是实施泵送的关键步骤。本文回顾了混凝土可泵性评估方法相关研究进展,主要涉及试验方法、理论模型和数值模拟,重点阐述近年来基于流变学的计算模型和基于离散元方法的仿真分析研究进展。通过在超高层建筑混凝土泵送典型案例中应用不同评估方法,比较各方法的准确度,指出各方法的适用领域。
With the development of high-rise and super-high-rise buildings,concrete pumping technology has become an important means of project construction,and accurate evaluation of concrete pumpability is a key step in the implementation of pumping.The paper reviews the research progress of concrete pumpability evaluation methods,including test methods,theoretical models and numerical simulation,and focuses on the recent research progress of theology-based computational models and simulation analysis based on discrete element methods.By applying different evaluation methods in the typical cases of concrete pumping for super high-rise buildings,the accuracy of each method was compared,and the applicable fields of each method were pointed out.
