掺建筑垃圾水泥稳定碎石材料路用性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 为保证掺建筑垃圾水泥稳定碎石材料路用性能,对不同建筑垃圾再生集料掺量的水泥稳定碎石进行了力学强度试验、冻融循环试验、抗冲刷试验和干缩试验。结果表明:水泥掺量≥4%时,各级配建筑垃圾掺量的水泥稳定碎石抗压强度满足路面基层要求,且抗冻性能良好,水泥稳定碎石冻融20次后BDR>50%;在各级配水泥掺量下,60%建筑垃圾掺量的水泥稳定碎石劈裂强度最大,较未掺建筑垃圾的水泥稳定碎石劈裂强度至少提高了70%;水泥稳定碎石冲刷质量损失、干缩系数分别与建筑垃圾掺量正相关,且水泥掺量的增加有效改善了稳定碎石抗冲刷性,水泥掺量每增加1%,掺建筑垃圾的水泥稳定碎石质量损失平均降低了42%。 In order to ensure the pavement performance of cement stabilized crushed stone mixed with construction waste,the mechanical strength test,freeze-thaw cycle test,anti-scouring test and dry shrinkage test were carried out on the cement stabilized macadam with different construction waste recycled aggregates.The results show that when the cement content is greater than 4%,the compressive strength of cement stabilized macadam at all levels of construction waste meets the requirements of pavement base layer,and the antifreeze performance is good.BDR was greater than 50%after 20 times of freezing and thawing of cement stabilized gravel;under the cement content of all levels,the cementstabilized crushed stone with 60%of construction waste has the highest splitting strength,and the cracking strength of cement stabilized crushed stone without construction waste is increased by at least 70%;wash quality loss,dry shrinkage coefficient of the cement stable macadam mixture,were positively related to the dosage of construction waste,and increase effective improve the cement stabilized macadam scouring resistance,for every 1%increase in cement content,the quality loss of cement stabilized macadam mixed with construction waste decreased by 42%on average.
