摘要 混凝土的变形性能关乎着混凝土的各项性能。本文通过对比不同量的水胶比和掺合料来测试混凝土的变形特征(收缩率和干缩率变化)。试验结果表明:在1d^3d内,高性能混凝土的收缩率的变化率最大;而5d^7d内,混凝土的收缩率逐渐平稳。在0~14d内,混凝土的干缩率变化较快,而在14d后其干缩率逐渐平稳。随着水胶比的增加混凝土的收缩率、干缩率均逐渐降低,成反比例关系。随着掺合料的增加,混凝土的收缩率和干缩率逐渐降低。而当混掺掺合料时,混凝土的收缩率和干缩率下降变化更大。通过合理的选择混凝土的配合比能够大幅度的提高混凝土的性能。 Deformation performance of concrete is related to various properties of concrete.In this paper,the deformation characteristics(shrinkage and dry shrinkage)of concrete were tested by comparing different water-binder ratios and admixtures.The test results show that the shrinkage rate of concrete varies the most in 1~3 days,while the shrinkage rate of concrete stabilizes gradually in 5~7 days.Within 0~14 days,the shrinkage rate of concrete changes rapidly,but after 14 days,the shrinkage rate gradually stabilizes.With the increase of water-binder ratio,the shrinkage and dry shrinkage of concrete decrease gradually,showing an inverse proportional relationship.With the increase of admixture,the shrinkage and dry shrinkage of concrete decrease gradually.However,when the mixture is mixed with admixture,the shrinkage rate and shrinkage rate of concrete decrease more dramatically.The performance of concrete can be greatly improved by reasonable selection of concrete mix ratio.
