摘要
为调查2018年黑龙江省大庆地区犬冠状病毒(CCoV)流行情况,试验采集31份腹泻犬粪便样品,对M基因扩增、测序和序列分析,采用统计学方法分析CCoV感染率与发病季节、犬的年龄和性别之间的相关性。结果显示:CCo V总阳性率35.48%;进化树将成功测序M基因分成两种基因型,以CCoVⅡ型为主;该毒株与国内哈尔滨地区和国外毒株同源性较高,与国内早期发现毒株同源性较低;CCoV感染率与发病季节和年龄有明显相关性。研究为我国CCoV流行情况提供参考。
In order to investigate the prevalence of CCoV in Daqing region of Heilongjiang Province in 2018,a total of 31 diarrhea canine fecal swab samples were collected for M gene amplification,sequencing and sequence analysis,and statistical methods were used to analyze the correlation between CCoV infection rate and the incidence season,and correlation between dog age and sex.The results showed that the total positive rate of CCoV was 35.48%.The phylogenetic tree had successfully sequenced the M gene into two genotypes,of which CCoVⅡwas the main type The strain had high homology with domestic Harbin and foreign strains and low homology with early domestic strains.Statistics scientific analysis showed that the infection rate of CCoV was related to the onset season and age.The study provides a theoretical basis for understanding the prevalence of CCoV in China.
