重庆市某三甲医院门诊身份识别智慧防控体系的构建与实施效果

Construction and Implementation Effect of Intelligent Prevention and Control System of Identification in Outpatient Department of a Grade-A Tertiary Hospital in Chongqing

随着医疗改革项目的不断推进,患者身份识别成为提升医疗安全、医疗质量及医疗秩序的关键环节之一。为此,某三甲医院联合当地警方,依托信息技术共同建立门诊身份识别智慧防控体系。本文详细阐述了该体系的目标思路、组织架构、运行流程、处理及运行机制。该体系运行取得一定成效,针对体系建设发展提出信息维护、隐私保护以及优化身份识别功能的建议,为同行业提升医疗安全、质量及秩序提供参考。

With the continuous progress of medical reform project,patient identification has become one of the key links to improve medical safety,medical quality and medical order.To this end,a grade-A tertiary hospital and local police jointly established the intelligent prevention and control system of outpatient identification based on information technology.This study expounds the targets and ideas,organizational structure,operational process'handling and operation mechanism of the system in detail.Some achievements have been made in the operation of the system,and suggestions on information maintenance,privacy protection and optimizing the identification function have been put forward.It provides a reference for the industry to improve medical safety,quality and order.
