需求视角下江苏省居家养老的医养服务资源整合路径分析

Analysis on Integration Path of Medical Treatment and Care Resources for Home-based Elderly in Jiangsu from the Perspective of Demand

目的:从需求视角调查居家养老老年人对医养服务资源的整合偏好,设计医养结合的整合路径,以更好地满足其需求。方法:采用分层随机抽样法,在江苏省的苏北、苏中和苏南地区各选择1个城市,运用结构性问卷对319位60周岁以上的居家老人进行调查,通过因子分析提取十二个公因子,进一步运用回归分析在公因子中确定影响老年人医养服务满意度的核心整合路径。结果:健康教育与就诊协助(P<0.001)、康复护理与预防保健(P<0.001)的整合路径系数最高,生活协助与疾病诊疗(P<0.001)、生活协助与预防保健(P<0.001)以及精神协助与健康教育(P<0.001)的整合程度次之。结论:居家养老医养结合中,医疗与养老资源整合是提高满意度的关键,医疗类与生活类服务资源的整合次之,医养结合可分阶段逐步实现。

Objective:To analyze the resource integration preference of medical care services for the elderly from a demand perspective,and to design the integration path of the integration of medical treatment and care to better meet the home-based care needs of the elderly.Methods:Three cities were chosen from North Jiangsu by stratified random sampling,Middle Jiangsu and South Jiangsu,structural questionnaires were used to collect data from 319 elderly people over 60 years old at home.Twelve common factors were extracted through factor analysis,and regression analysis was further used to determine the core integration path affecting the satisfaction with medical care services for the elderly.Results:The integration path coefficients of health education and medical assistance(P<0.001),rehabilitation nursing and preventive health care(P<0.001)were the highest,followed by life assistance and disease diagnosis and treatment(P<0.001),life assistance and preventive health care(P<0.001),and mental assistance and health education(P<0.001).Conclusion:Among home-based care,in the integration of medical treatment and care,integration of medical care and pension resources is the key to improve satisfaction,followed by the integration of medical and life service resources,and the integration of medical treatment and care can be realized step by step.
