以北京百子湾公租房项目为例,简要介绍了公租房的发展历程,提炼了公租房项目的一些固有特点。着重介绍了百子湾项目如何通过设计,打破常规公租房项目的固有面貌,创造具有居住尊严的公租房住区。

Illustrated by the example of Beijing Baiziwan public rental housing project,the article refines the characteristic feature of public rental housing projects rooted by the introduction on the development process of public rental housing. The paper puts emphasis on how the Baiziwan project,through its design,breaks the general rules or regulations of the inherent appearance of conventional public rental housing projects that have always been implemented,and ultimately frames the prospect of public rental housing with residential dignity.
