摘要
分析了老旧住区停车供需情况,通过地面平层、立体机械及地下平层三种方式对老旧住区进行停车改造,并提出管理对策。对于优化老旧住区基础设施、提升老旧住区居民的生活品质具有重要意义。
This study analyzes the parking supply and demand situation in old residential areas,and uses three methods of ground leveling,three-dimensional machinery and underground leveling to retrofit the old residential areas and propose management countermeasures. This study is of great significance for optimizing the infrastructure of old residential areas and improving the quality of life of residents in old residential areas.
