随着人防市场的逐步放开,成本控制成为甲方考核设计院人防设计质量的一个重要指标。主要研究了几种常用地下室楼盖结构形式在人防荷载作用下的经济指标。通过统计单位面积的模板、钢筋、混凝土用量,得出主梁大板结构体系为较优方案。

With the gradual opening of civil air defense market,cost control has become an important index for party A to assess the quality of civil air defense design of design institute. This paper mainly studies the economic indexes of several common basement floor structures under the action of civil air defense load. Through the statistics of the amount of formwork,reinforcement and concrete per unit area,it is concluded that the main beam large slab structure system is the better scheme.
