Investigation and research on the appraisal and renovation technology of traditional masonry caves

根据我国西北地区传统民居窑洞的现状调查,结合当下实施的危房改造政策,对砖石窑洞的特点,结构体系和传力路线进行了简单的阐述,调查和分析了砖石窑洞常见的病害,并对窑洞危险性鉴定时危险点的判别依据进行了整理和归纳,最后就砖石窑洞的加固改造技术进行了简单的研究和总结,并得出了一些具体的加固改造方法,旨在今后为砖石窑洞鉴定改造工作提供参考。

Based on the investigation of the present situation of traditional dwelling caves in northwest China and the current policy of renovation of dangerous houses,this paper briefly expounds the characteristics,structure system and transmission route of brick caves. This paper investigates and analyses the common diseases of brick and stone caves,collates and summarizes the criteria for identifying the dangerous points of the caves,and finally makes a simple study and summary on the reinforcement and transformation technology of brick and stone caves,and obtains some concrete reinforcement and transformation methods,aiming at the identification and transformation of brick and stone caves in the future.
