软土地区房屋劈裂注浆纠倾技术研究与应用

Research and application of splitting grouting reinforcement and uplift technique for buildings in soft soil area

软土地区浅基础房屋在邻近大面积堆载或基坑开挖卸载情况下,往往会产生较大的不均匀沉降。以上海某别墅群为例,通过对其总体建筑规划布局、结构形式、基础形式及地质原因等方面进行分析,寻找其房屋倾斜原因,并论述劈裂注浆加固抬升纠倾技术在该工程上的应用。

In soft soil areas,under the condition of nearby large area loading or foundation pit excavation and unloaded,large uneven settlement often occurs in shallow foundation houses. This article takes a villa group in Shanghai as an example,through analyzing general planning,structural form,basic form and geological reasons,etc. the author tries to find the causes for the inclination,also introduce application of splitting grouting reinforcement and uplift technique in the project.
