针对目前广泛应用于公共建筑的钢雨棚钢化夹胶玻璃爆裂问题,结合一个公共建筑悬挑钢雨棚钢化夹胶玻璃爆裂情况,通过对钢化玻璃的原材料质量、工艺加工过程中产生爆裂的原因分析,针对性地提出有效措施,避免今后类似情况的发生。

In view of the cracking problem of toughened laminated glass in steel canopy which widely used in public buildings at present,combined with an example of bursting situation of the cantilevered toughened laminated glass in steel canopy outside a public building,this paper puts forward effective measures to avoid similar situations in the future through the analysis of the raw material quality and reasons towards toughened glass bursting during the technological process.
