较厚水泥混凝土路面模板支撑体系工艺改进

针对目前水泥混凝土路面常规支模法易出现的一些问题,提出了对较厚混凝土路面支模工艺的改进方案,采用研制的蝴蝶卡钢钎及L型拉杆整套组合作为模板支撑体系的固定装置,阐述了其工艺特点及施工操作要点,在实际工程中取得了良好的效果,该施工工艺值得推广应用。

In light of common cement-concrete pavement supporting problems in present,the paper puts forward the thick cementcocnrete pavement supporting technology improving scheme,applies the integral composition of butterfly clasp and steel as the fixed device of the template supporting systme,and descries its construction technology features and construction operation points,and finally achieves great effect in actual engineering. Theferore,the above-mentioned tecnology is worth promoting.
