摘要
腐蚀为管道安全带来了巨大的潜在威胁,为了有效的对管道进行评估,利用数值方法研究了L(0,2)模态超声导波检查任意方向缺陷的有效性以及敏感性。研究结果表明,L(0,2)导波可以检测任意方向的缺陷,但在检测灵敏度上有所不同,当缺陷平行于管道轴线时,缺陷回波能量最低,当缺陷与轴线的夹角逐渐增大,并最终垂直于轴线时,缺陷回波能量最大,说明L(0,2)模态更适用于检测环向缺陷。
Corrosion poses a huge potential threat to pipeline safety. In order to effectively evaluate pipelines,numerical study is proposed to discuss the effectiveness and sensitivity of L(0,2) modal ultrasonic guided wave inspection for defects in any direction. The results show that the L(0,2) guided wave can detect defects in any direction,but the detection sensitivity is different.When the defect is parallel to the pipeline axis,the echo energy of the defect is the lowest. When the angle between the defect and the axis is gradually when increasing and finally perpendicular to the axis,the defect echo energy is the largest,indicating that the L(0,2) mode is more suitable for detecting circumferential defects.
