BIM导向下土建类拔尖创新型人才培养策略研究

Research on the training strategy of top innovative civil engineering talents under the guidance of BIM

现阶段BIM技术在建筑行业得到广泛应用,关于现代信息技术拔尖创新型人才的培养逐渐受到重视。结合教学改革所要达到的目标,通过分析目前土建类BIM技术应用方向研究生的教学现状、培养方式以及创新能力,提出培养拔尖创新型BIM技术应用人才的详细策略。

At present,BIM technology is widely used in the construction industry,and more and more attention has been paid to the cultivation of top innovative talents in modern information technology. Based on the goal of teaching reform,this paper analyzes the current teaching situation,training methods and innovation ability of graduate students in the field of BIM technology application in civil engineering,and puts forward detailed strategies for training top innovative BIM technology application talents.
