The application of the Seeley Model in Wuwang Club fire analysis

通过对多起重特大火灾事故的分析,得知人员密集场所是火灾群死群伤的高发场所,引起火灾的主因是人的不安全行为,因此选择人的失误为主因的瑟利模型对深圳舞王俱乐部火灾事故进程中人失误的两个阶段(危险构成阶段及危险释放阶段)进行分析,从事故致因理论出发提出人员密集场所火灾防控的应对思路,有效的减少火灾事故的发生。

Through the analysis of several major fire accidents,it was learned that the densely populated area was a high-risk area for fire-related deaths and injuries,and the main cause of the fire was people’s unsafe behavior,therefore,Seeley’s Model,in which human error is the main cause,is chosen to analyze the two phases of human error in the process of Wuwang Club fire accident,namely,the phase of risk formation and the phase of risk release,based on the theory of accident cause,this paper puts forward the countermeasures of fire prevention and control in densely populated places,which can effectively reduce the occurrence of fire accidents.
