A Probe into the Professional Development of Middle School English Teachers from the Perspective of New Curriculum Reform

中学英语新课程改革就是针对现如今学案式的英语教学,可以说是引领了全新的学潮,也给英语教师提供了一个全新的教学理念。而中学英语教师是教学生涯中指导、合作、组织和支持学生的一个角色,本文从中学英语教师的角度出发,探究中学英语教师的角色定位及其专业发展的问题,旨在帮助中学英语教师迅速适应新课程改革的各种挑战,最终达到促使学生全面发展的目的。

The new curriculum reform of middle school English is aimed at the current English teaching of learning styles. It can be said to lead a new wave of learning and provide a new teaching concept for English teachers. While middle school English teachers play a role in guiding, cooperating, organizing and supporting students in their teaching careers, from the perspective of middle school English teachers, this article explores the role of middle school English teachers and their professional development, aiming to help middle school English teachers quickly adapt to the various challenges of the new curriculum reform, and ultimately achieve the goal of promoting students’ overall development.
