摘要
在班集体的管理中,批评指正和表扬鼓励的评价方式,固然可以收到一定的德育效果,但主要还是一种外部力量。如果可以帮助学生提升自己在班集体中的自我价值感,为他们提供更多给班集体做贡献的机会,那么,无形中就会在学生心里形成一种内动力,帮助他们积极进取,从而获得一种良性循环,越自信越积极,越积极越自信。
In the management of class collective, the evaluation methods of criticism, correction and praise and encouragement can receive certain moral education effect, but it is mainly an external force. If it can help students to improve their sense of self-worth in the class and provide them with more opportunities to make contributions to the class, it will form an internal motivation in the students’ mind, and help them to make progress actively, so as to obtain a virtuous cycle, the more self-confidence, the more positive, the more confident.
