摘要
身为教研员,引领教师从自然拼读到绘本阅读到与主教材的有效融合方面进行了大量实践与研究,并进行了成果的提炼与推广。同时注重以多彩活动助力绘本阅读教学推进,以服务于学生阅读素养的提升。
As a teaching and research member, I led teachers to conduct a lot of practice and research in the aspects of natural spelling, picture book reading and effective integration with the main teaching materials, and refined and promoted the results.At the same time, it also pays attention to the promotion of picture book reading teaching through colorful activities, so as to serve the improvement of students’ reading quality.
