中西医结合专业分阶段本科生导师制模式初探 被引量:2

A Preliminary Study on the Model of Phased Undergraduate Tutorial System in Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Major

摘要 目的探讨中医学结合本科生进行分阶段导师制培养的可行性及教学效果。方法将2017年7月—2019年6月在潍坊市中医院见习及实习的75名中西医结合专业本科生随机分为试验组(38)和对照组(37)。试验组除教研室统一安排的授课外,自大学四年级见习开始行分阶段本科生导师制教学。对照组按照传统模式,科教科统一安排授课及临床轮转。两组学生在第一阶段结束时进行理论及技能考核,第二阶段结束后进行理论、技能考核及考研率、就业率的综合评估。结果试验组较对照组第一阶段及第二阶段结束时考核成绩优于对照组,考研成功率提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),就业率提高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中医学结合本科生分阶段导师制教学模式可行性良好,且教学效果明显。 Objective To explore the feasibility and teaching effect of the phased undergraduate tutorial system in integrated Chinese and Western medicine major.Methods From July 2017 to June 2019,a total of 75 undergraduate students who were learned in Weifang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,were randomly divided into the experiment group(38)and the control group(37).In the experimental group,in addition to the unified teaching arranged by the teaching and research office,they began to carry out a phased undergraduate tutorial system of teaching from the fourth year of university.In the control group,teaching and clinical rotation were arranged according to the traditional model.At the end of the first stage,the students of the two groups were assessed by their theories and skills.At the end of the second stage,the students were assessed by their theories,skills,postgraduate entrance examination rate and employment rate.Results Compared with the control group,the test result of the experimental group was better at the end of the first and second stages.The success rate of the postgraduate entrance examination was improved,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05)and the employment rate was improved,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The phased undergraduate tutorial system in integrated Chinese and Western medicine major is feasibility and the teaching effect is obvious.And it is worth popularizing trial.
