阶段式带教方法在骨科护理教学中的应用研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的阶段式带教方法在骨科护理教学中的应用研究。方法选择在我科室进行实习的护生68名作为调研对象,此次调查选取时间为2018年9月—2019年8月。将实习护生分为2组,每组34名。对比组采用常规带教方式,试验组采用阶段式带教方法。分析两组最终的带教结果。结果对比组综合考核成绩和试验组相比较低、专科技术操作成绩和试验组相比较低、专科理论知识和试验组相比较低,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比组带教方法满意度和试验组相比较低,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在骨科护理带教中,在给予传统带教模式基础上应用阶段式带教方法,这种带教方式可以对护生进行针对性的教育,在一定程度上可以提高护生对带教的满意度,同时可以提高理论成绩、操作成绩、综合考核成绩。 Objective To study the application of stage teaching method in orthopedic nursing teaching.Methods 68 nursing students in our department were selected as research objects,and the time of this survey from September 2018 to August 2019.The students were divided into two groups,34 in each group.The control group adopted the conventional teaching method,and the experimental group adopted the stage teaching method.Analyzed the final teaching results of the two groups.Results Compared with the experimental group,the comprehensive examination score of the comparison group was lower,the technical operation score of the special subject was lower,the theoretical knowledge of the special subject and the experimental group were lower,the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction of the teaching method of the comparison group was lower,the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the orthopedic nursing teaching,based on the traditional teaching mode,the phased teaching method can be applied.This teaching method can carry out targeted education for nursing students,improve the satisfaction of nursing students for teaching to a certain extent,and improve the theoretical,operational and comprehensive assessment results.
