摘要
目的新式教学模式在血液透析护生带教中的应用研究。方法选取68例在我科室实习的护生进行调查,此次调查时间为2018年5月—2019年2月。根据平均的方式将患者分为2组,每组34例。对比组采用了常规带教方式。试验组运用了新式教学模式。分析两组最终带教结果。结果对比组护生理论考试中结果为优的构成比与试验组相比较低,结果为良的构成比与试验组相比较高,结果为差的构成比与试验组相比较高,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在血液透析科护理带教中,可采取新式教学模式,此模式实施效果优异。
Objective To study the application of new teaching mode in the teaching of hemodialysis nursing students.Methods 68 nursing students who practice in our department were selected for investigation,the investigation time was from May 2018 to February 2019.According to the average way,patients were divided into two groups,34 cases in each group.The control group adopted the conventional teaching method.The experimental group used the new teaching mode.Analyze the final teaching results of the two groups.Results Compared with the experimental group,the constituent ratio with excellent results in the theoretical examination of the control group was lower than that of the experimental group,the constituent ratio of the good result was higher than that of the experimental group,and the constituent ratio of the poor result was higher than that of the experimental group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing teaching of hemodialysis department,the new teaching mode can be adopted,which has excellent effect.
