客观结构化临床考试在骨科学中的应用与评价 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)在临床骨科教学中的应用效果。方法2019年9月—2020年8月对100名在医院骨科临床实习及出科考试的学生(OSCE组),采取OSCE临床教学和考核方法,统计学生出科考试成绩,并于2018年1月—2019年7月对100名非OSCE临床教学和考核方法学生(常规组)的出科考试成绩进行对比分析。结果OSCE组学生考试成绩明显高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论OSCE临床教学和考核方法不仅有助于学生更好地掌握骨科学的知识,还能较好地做到理论与实践相结合,培养学生独立思考、解决问题能力,是骨科教育工作者的努力方向。 Objective To investigate the effect of objective structured clinical examination(OSCE)in clinical orthopedic teaching.Methods From September 2019 to August 2010,100 students in clinical practice and entrance examination of orthopaedics in hospital(OSCE group)were enrolled in the OSCE clinical teaching and examination method,and the scores of entrance examination were compared and analyzed from January 2018 to July 2019.The scores of non-OSCE clinical teaching and examination methods(routine group)were compared and analyzed.Results The examination scores of the students in the OSCE group were significantly higher than those in the routine group(P<0.01)Conclusion OSCE clinical teaching and assessment methods not only help students to better master the knowledge of orthopaedics,but also can better achieve the combination of theory and practice,and cultivate students'ability to think independently and solve problems,which is the direction of orthopaedic educators.
