3D打印技术在神经外科护理带教中的应用效果评估 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨3D打印技术在神经外科护理带教中的应用效果。方法2018年2月—2019年2月选择本院神经外科护理实习生62名进行研究,随机分组各31名,对照组采用常规带教方案,观察组落实3D打印技术护理带教,评价两组实习生理论成绩、实践成绩、胜任力及教学满意度。结果观察组实习生护理理论成绩和实践成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组实习生工作态度、通用能力、专业知识等胜任力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组实习生学习主动性96.77%高于对照组74.19%、(P<0.05)。观察组批判性思维、团队合作、临床工作能力与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针对神经外科护理实习生在常规带教基础上结合3D打印技术打印模型教学,利于进一步帮助其巩固理论知识,锻炼实践成绩,尤其可提高胜任力,教学方式获得高度认可。 Objective To explore the application effect of 3D printing technology in neurosurgery nursing teaching.Methods From February 2018 to February 2019,62 nursing interns in neurosurgery were randomly divided into two groups:31 in each group.The control group adopted the routine teaching scheme.The observation group carried out 3D printing technical nursing teaching.Then,the theoretical,practical,competency and teaching satisfaction of two groups of interns were evaluated.Results The nursing theory and practice scores of the interns in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the interns in the observation group were higher in work attitude,general ability,and professional knowledge than the control group(P<0.05);The learning initiative of the interns in the group was 96.77%higher than 74.19%in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in critical thinking,teamwork,and clinical work ability between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion For neurosurgery nursing interns,combining 3D printing technology and printing model teaching on the basis of conventional teaching will help them further consolidate theoretical knowledge,exercise practical achievements,especially improve learning initiative,and the teaching method is highly recognized.
