摘要
目的对于新入职护士规范化培训模式和教学管理措施进行探讨。方法选取2017年6月—2018年9月新入职护士60名作为此次研究对象,通过随机数字表法将所选新入职护士加以分组,给予其中30名新入职护士传统带教方法,作为对照组,给予剩余30名新入职护士规范化带教模式,作为研究组,对比两组新入职护士接受不同带教模式之后的技能操作和理论知识考核成绩。结果两组新入职护士接受不同带教模式之后的技能操作和理论知识考核成绩对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于新入职护士开展规范化带教模式,能够使新入职护士更高适应临床工作,为临床患者提供良好的护理服务。
Objective To explore the standardized training mode and teaching management measures for new nurses.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,60 new nursing staff were selected as the research object.The selected new nursing staff were grouped by random number table method,and 30 new nursing staff were taught.As a control group,the remaining 30 new nursing staff were given a standardized teaching mode.As a research group,the two groups of new nursing staff were compared to the skill operation and theoretical knowledge after receiving different teaching modes.Results There were significant statistical differences between the two groups of new nursing staff in the comparison of skill operation and theoretical knowledge after receiving different teaching modes(P<0.05).Conclusion For the new nursing staff to carry out the standardized teaching mode,the new nursing staff can adapt to the clinical work and provide good nursing services for clinical patients.
