摘要
现阶段,住院医师规范化培训师资评价工作存在师资能力要求不明确、考核办法操作性不强、评价结果运用不到位等问题。中山大学附属第三医院作为国家首批培训基地,综合运用360度评价法以住培管理系统为抓手,建设医德师德、教学能力、专业业务水平、师生互动能力为主的师资评价体系。2018学年共评价教师487名,其中57名未通过年度评价而被暂停了带教资格。通过年度评价,明确了带教师资能力短板,建立了师资退出机制,达到管理师资和发展师资的双重目的。一方面,管理部门发现不适合承担带教工作的人员,避免造成学员培养的重大缺陷;另一方面,带教教师了解了自己存在的不足,可进行定向调整和提高。
At present,there are some problems in the evaluation of standardized training teachers for resident doctors,such as unclear requirements for teachers'ability,poor operability of assessment methods and inadequate application of evaluation results.The Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-Sen University,as one of the first batch of national training bases,makes comprehensive use of the 360-degree evaluation method to build a teacher evaluation system focusing on moral qualities education,teaching ability,professional skills upgrading and teacher-student interaction bulding.487 teachers had been evaluated in 2018 academic year by this system,while 57 teachers failed to pass the evaluation.h Through the annual evaluation,the shortcoming of teachers'ability is clarified,and the withdrawal mechanism of teachers is established to achieve the dual purposes for positive management and development of teachers.Teacher evaluation is the way of finding the unsuitable teachers,which can avoid the management fault.Teacher evaluation is also the way to help teachers to understand own limitation.
