摘要
医学影像学是近年来我国临床医学影像诊断领域研究发展最快的综合性学科之一。在开展医学影像诊断见习教学工作的过程中,比较五官系统影像学作为一种新的教学模式,通过对照和比较的方法阐明不同五官系统成像诊断技术其应用范围及不同疾病的影像诊断征象,评价五官系统不同成像诊断技术的优势与不足及不同疾病的医学影像诊断要点。从而有利于使高校学生更系统全面地了解和熟悉头颈五官系统医学影像诊断学的基础知识、诊断方法及鉴别诊断以做到更科学合理地选择影像检查技术。这三个方面充分概括了运用比较五官系统影像学方法在头颈五官系统医学影像诊断学见习教学过程中的重要意义和作用,探讨了高校教师在学习运用比较五官系统影像学见习教学法时在实践中应特别注意的一些问题,希望为进一步提高我国高校学生在头颈五官系统的医学影像诊断水平和能力提供有益的依据和参考。
Medical imaging is one of the fastest growing disciplines in clinical medicine in recent years.In the teaching process of medical imaging diagnosis on probation,as a new teaching mode,comparative imaging clarifies the application scope of different imaging techniques and the imaging signs of different diseases by means of comparison and comparison,and evaluates the advantages and disadvantages of various imaging techniques and the main points of imaging diagnosis of different diseases.So that students can grasp the imaging knowledge of head and neck five senses system more comprehensively and systematically,diagnose and differentiate more accurately,and choose the imaging examination method more reasonably.These three aspects summarize the important role of comparative imaging in the teaching of head and neck five-organ system imaging diagnosis,and discuss the problems that teachers should pay attention to when using comparative imaging teaching method,hoping to provide useful reference for improving the image diagnosis level of college students in head and neck five-organ system.
