彩超对冠心病患者左室舒张功能的检测价值

Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound in Detecting Left Ventricular Diastolic Function in Patients With Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨彩超对冠心病患者左室舒张功能的检测价值。方法本文纳入2015年6月—2019年5月医院收治的350例冠心病患者,设为观察组,并选同期体检健康者200例作为对照组,两组均接受彩超检查,比较两组左室舒张功能检测结果。结果350例冠心病患者中左室舒张功能降低284例,占比81.14%,E峰下降,A峰增高,观察组左心室舒张早期流速(E)峰及E/A比值低于对照组,左心室舒张晚期流速(A)峰高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论彩超对冠心病患者左室舒张功能的检测价值较高,根据E/A值可准确评估冠心病患者左室舒张功能,是诊断中的主要指标。

Objective To explore the value of color Doppler ultrasound in detecting left ventricular diastolic function in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods From June 2015 to May 2019,350 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital were selected as observation group,and 200 healthy subjects were selected as control group.Both groups received color doppler ultrasound examination,and the left ventricular diastolic function test results were compared between the two groups.Results among 350 patients with coronary heart disease,left ventricular diastolic function decreased in 284 cases(81.14%),e peak decreased and a peak increased.the left ventricular early diastolic velocity(E)peak and E/A ratio in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the left ventricular late diastolic velocity(A)peak was higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound has a high value in detecting left ventricular diastolic function in patients with coronary heart disease.The left ventricular diastolic function in patients with coronary heart disease can be accurately evaluated according to E/A value,which is the main index in diagnosis and is worth popularizing in clinic.
