新生儿窒息病情程度对血糖代谢的影响分析

摘要 目的分析新生儿窒息病情程度对血糖代谢的影响。方法2017年1月—2019年8月选取180例医院收治的新生窒息患儿,根据Apgar评分分为轻中度90例患儿与重度患儿90例。对比不同病情程度对血糖代谢的影响、血糖稳定正常、激素水平变化情况。结果轻中度患儿正常血糖水平高于重度(P<0.05)。轻中度患儿血糖恢复情况优于重度患儿(P<0.05)。轻中度患儿10 d、30颅脑彩超、INS变化水平低于重度患儿(P<0.05)。结论新生儿窒息会引起机体糖代谢紊乱.且窒息程度越严重血糖越紊乱,预后效果不理想。因此.密切监测患儿生命体征(血糖、代谢)对提高存活率有十分重要的作用。 Objective To analyze the effect of neonatal asphyxia on blood glucose metabolism.Methods From January 2017 to August 2019,180 neonatal asphyxia children admitted to the hospital were selected and divided into 90 mild to moderate children and 90 severe children according to the Apgar score.Compare the effects of different illness levels on blood glucose metabolism,stable and normal blood glucose,and changes in hormone levels.Results The normal blood sugar level of mild to moderate children was higher than that of severe(P<0.05).The blood glucose recovery of mild to moderate children was better than that of severe children(P>0.05).The change levels of craniocerebral color Doppler ultrasound and INS at 10 days and 30 in mild to moderate children were lower than those in severe children(P<0.05).Conclusion Neonatal asphyxia can cause disorders of glucose metabolism in the body,and the more severe the asphyxia,the more disorder the blood sugar,and the prognosis is not satisfactory.Therefore,close monitoring of children's vital signs(blood sugar,metabolism)plays a very important role in improving survival.
