绝经激素治疗的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Hormone Replacement Therapy in Perimenopause

目的探讨绝经激素治疗的临床效果。方法将医院收治的80例围绝经期综合征患者纳入此次研究,资料选取时间为2018年2月—2019年2月,按照盲选方法将其分为两组。对照组40例采用常规对症治疗,研究组40例采用绝经激素治疗,对比两组的疗效。结果治疗后,研究组(97.5%)治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(77.5%),组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组雌激素水平均有所变化,其中,研究组促黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)等激素水平低于对照组,雌二醇(E2)水平高于对照组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不良反应情况组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对围绝经期综合征女性使用绝经激素治疗,可改善机体雌激素水平,且不良反应较少,疗效可靠。

Objectiv To explore the clinical effect of menopausal hormone therapy.Methods From February 2018 to February 2019,a total of 80 patients with perimenopausal syndrome admitted to our hospital were included in this study.Data were selected,and they were divided into two groups according to the blind selection method.40 patients in the control group were treated with conventional symptomatic therapy,and 40 patients in the study group were treated with menopausal hormone.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in the study group(97.5%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(77.5%),and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).The levels of estrogen in both groups were changed,among which,the levels of luteinizing hormone(LH)and follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of estradiol(E2)were higher than those in the control group,with significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Menopausal hormone therapy for perimenopausal syndrome women can improve the level of estrogen in the body,with fewer adverse reactions,reliable efficacy.
