The Effect of Drug Combination Therapy on Schizophrenia and Adverse Reactions

目的对阿立哌唑与利培酮联合应用治疗精神分裂症的临床效果进行分析和研究。方法2017年6月—2019年1月选取医院精神分裂症患者70例。通过随机的方法,将这些患者分为不同组别,即A组和B组,每组各有40例。通过利培酮对A组予以治疗,采用利培酮与阿立哌唑对B组予以治疗,分析并比较两组患者的治疗效果和不良反应。结果B组的总有效率高于A组(P<0.05)。B组的不良反应发生率低于A组(P<0.05)。结论在精神分裂症的临床治疗中联合应用阿立哌唑与利培酮具有显著效果,而且不良反应少。

Objectiv To analyze and study the clinical effect of the combined application of aripiprazole and risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods From June 2017 to January 2019,a total of 70 patients with schizophrenia were selected and admitted to our hospital,and they were included in the study.Randomly,these patients were divided into different groups,namely group A and group B,with 40 cases in each group.Group A was treated with risperidone,group B was treated with risperidone and aripiprazole,and the treatment effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The total effective rate of group B was significantly higher than that of group A(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in group B was significantly lower than that in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of schizophrenia,the combined use of aripiprazole and risperidone has a significant effect,and there are few adverse reactions.
