后循环TIA(阴虚阳亢证)的中医治疗研究

Study on Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of Posterior Circulation TIA(Yin Deficiency and Yang Hyperactivity Syndrome)

目的分析自拟滋水清肝饮加减治疗阴虚阳亢证后循环TIA(短暂性脑缺血发作)的临床疗效。方法纳入医院2018年6月—2019年6月收治的66例阴虚阳亢证后循环TIA患者,随机平均分为两组,参照组33例患者采纳临床常规治疗,试验组33例患者在参照组基础上采纳自拟滋水清肝饮加减治疗,对比两组临床疗效、血流动力学指标。结果试验组临床总有效率(93.94%)高于参照组(60.61%),试验组治疗后Vm、Vp均高于参照组,PI低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论自拟滋水清肝饮可有效降低阴虚阳亢证后循环TIA患者疾病发作次数,促进临床症状消退,改善血流动力学,效果显著,值得借鉴。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of self-made Zishui Qinggan Decoction in the treatment of circulating TIA(transient ischemic attack)after yin deficiency and impotence syndrome.Methods From June 2018 to June 2019,66 cases of TIA patients with Yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome in our hospitalwere randomly divided into two groups,33 cases in the reference group were treated with conventional clinical treatment,and 33 cases in the experimental group were treated with Zishui Qinggan Decoction on the basis of the reference group.Results The clinical total effective rate of the experimental group(93.94%)was significantly higher than that of the reference group(60.61%).After treatment,VM and VP of the experimental group were higher than those of the reference group,and PI was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Zishui Qinggan Decoction can effectively reduce the number of episodes of TIA patients after yin deficiency and impotence syndrome,promote clinical symptoms and improve hemodynamics.
