Objective To analyze the effects of bilateral scalp acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on the clinical effects and motor function of patients with cerebral infarction during recovery. Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with cerebral infarction during their recovery who had been treated in the Hospital. All patients were treated with rehabilitation training, and were randomly divided into two groups:the study group received bilateral scalp acupuncture and the control group received unilateral scalp acupuncture. The neurological function, motor function and adverse reactions in the two groups were analyzed. Results After treatment, the score of neurological function points in the study group lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of FMA and MBI points in the study group higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions(such as needle sickness and hemorrhage)was 4.00%in the study group, lower than the 16.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with cerebral infarction during recovery, bilateral scalp acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training can help improve their neurological function and motor function and reduce the incidence of adverse events. Therefore,it is with significant value to be popularize in clinical applications.
