疼痛护理在妇产科护理质量中的应用分析

Application Analysis of Pain Nursing in Nursing Quality of Obstetrics and Gynecology

目的探讨疼痛护理在妇产科护理质量中的应用效果。方法选取本院2019年1月—2019年12月126例产妇作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将研究对象分为观察组、对照组,每组63例。对照组产妇实施常规护理,观察组产妇实施常规和疼痛护理。比较两组护理人员掌握疼痛知识的情况、产妇对产科护理工作的满意度及产妇的疼痛程度。结果培训后护理人员掌握疼痛知识的情况,包括基础知识、评估知识、药物知识和干预知识均高于培训前(P<0.05)。观察组产妇对产科护理工作的满意度98.41%(62/63)高于对照组84.13%(53/63)(P<0.05)。护理后观察组PRI感觉项、PRI情感项、PPI和VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论疼痛护理在妇产科护理质量中的实施效果较好,疼痛护理培训明显地加深了护理人员掌握疼痛知识的程度,疼痛护理明显地提高了产妇对护理工作的满意度,改善产妇的疼痛程度。

Objective To explore the effect of pain nursing in nursing quality of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods From January 2019 to December 2019,126 cases of maternal women in our hospital were selected as the research object,and the research objects were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,63 cases in each group.The maternal women in the control group were given routine care,and the maternal women in the observation group were given routine and pain care.The knowledge of pain,maternal satisfaction with obstetric nursing work and maternal pain of the two groups were compared.Results After training,the nursing staff mastered the pain knowledge,including basic knowledge,evaluation knowledge,drug knowledge and intervention knowledge were higher than before training(P<0.05).The maternal women's satisfaction with obstetric nursing work was 98.41%(62/63)higher in the observation group than control group 84.13%(53/63)(P<0.05).After nursing,the PRI feeling items,PRI affective items,PPI and VAS scores were lower in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of pain care in the quality of obstetrics and gynecology care was better.The training of pain care had obviously deepened the degree of knowledge of pain for nursing staff.Pain care had obviously improved the satisfaction of maternal women in nursing work and the pain of maternal women.
