目的分析新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征高危早产儿行持续正压通气治疗过程中接受整体护理的效果。方法回顾分析我院2018年3月至2019年12月期间收治的60例新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征高危早产儿,各患儿均接受持续正压通气治疗,依据其治疗过程中护理方式分对照组(30例接受常规护理)和研究组(30例接受整体护理),比较护理效果,如患儿血气指标、并发症等。结果干预前血气指标差异小(P>0.05),干预后,研究组SpO2、PaO2高于对照组,PaCO2低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率3.33%低于对照组30.00%(P<0.05)。结论新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征高危早产儿在接受持续正压通气治疗过程中,再给予整体护理护理干预,可显著改善其血气指标,降低并发症,对患儿病情恢复非常有利。

Objective To analyze the effect of holistic nursing for continuous positive pressure ventilation for high risk premature infants with neonatal respiratory distress syndrome.Methods 60 cases of high risk premature infants with neonatal respiratory distress syndrome and who treated in our hospital from March 2018 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed,and the children received continuous positive pressure ventilation,and the children were divided into the control group(30 cases received routine nursing)and the study group(30 cases received holistic nursing)according to the nursing mode during the treatment.Then,the nursing effects were compared,such as blood gas index and complications and so on.Results There was small difference in blood gas index before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the SpO2 and PaO2 in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and PaCO2 was lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the study group was 3.33%,which was lower than that in the control group of 30.00%(P<0.05).Conclusion The continuous positive pressure ventilation in treatment of high risk premature infants with neonatal respiratory distress syndrome,and given the whole nursing intervention can significantly improve the blood gas index and reduce the complications,and it is very beneficial to the recovery of the children.
