摘要 轮毂轴承游隙的调整影响着轴承的疲劳寿命及轮毂运行的稳定性。传统的调隙技术过程复杂,成本较高且不易控制。现今免调整轮毂轴承结构简单、易于调隙,但普及程度不高。本文通过对免调整轮毂轴承的结构分析,旨在对企业设计、生产此类轴承提供理论指导。 The adjustment of the hub bearing clearance affects the fatigue life of the bearing and the stability of the hub operation. The process of traditional gap adjustment technology is complicated, costly and difficult to control. Nowadays, adjustment-free wheel hub bearings are simple in structure and easy to adjust the gap,but their popularity is not high. Through the structural analysis of adjustment-free hub bearings, it is hoped to provide theoretical guidance for enterprises to design and produce such bearings.
