摘要
在大型环件轧制生产中,精确的下料体积和合理的工艺流程对提高大型环件产品的加工质量、材料利用率和生产效率,降低能源消耗、生产成本和劳动强度是十分重要的。本文对大型环件轧制生产工艺流程进行了系统分析,其中包括铸锭下料、铸锭加热、环件毛坯制作、环件毛坯二次加热、环件径轴向轧制、环件热处理、环件机械加工和环件成品检测;建立了大型环件轧制生产下料体积计算方法,其计算过程包括轧制成形环件体积计算、轧制环件毛坯体积计算、锻造成形环坯体积计算、锻造毛坯体积计算和下料体积计算。本文的研究成果提高了大型环件轧制生产下料体积计算精度和大型环件轧制生产工艺水平。
In large-scale ring rolling production, accurate blank cutting volume and reasonable process flow are very important to improve the processing quality, material utilization and production efficiency of largescale ring products, reduce energy consumption, production cost and labor intensity. In this paper, the technological process of large-scale ring rolling is systematically analyzed, including ingot cutting, ingot heating,ring blank making, ring blank reheating, ring rolling, ring heat treatment, ring machining and ring finished product detection. The calculation method of blank cutting volume of large-scale ring rolling production is established, and the calculation process includes volume calculation of rolling ring, volume calculation of ring blank, volume calculation of forging ring blank, volume calculation of forging blank and volume calculation of blank cutting. The research results of this paper improve the calculation accuracy of blank cutting volume and the actual production technology level of large-scale ring rolling.
