摘要
针对某方管型材,结合塑性成型原理及企业实际设计经验,设计其成型挤压工艺参数和模具结构,采用拉格朗日有限元法验证CAE方案的可行性。结合模拟结果中的金属流速情况,优化挤压模具结构,调整下模模孔工作带尺寸,最终使得金属流速均满足流速判据,保证了型材质量,可有效减少模具开发周期和成本,提高修模的快速响应,实现了空心类铝材热挤压模具的准确快速有效的设计。
Aiming at a certain square tube profile, in combination with the principle of plastic forming and the actual design experience of the enterprise, the forming and extrusion process parameters and die structure have been designed, and the Lagrangian finite element method has been used to verify the feasibility of the CAE scheme. By combining the metal flow rate in the simulation results, optimizing the extrusion die structure, adjusting the size of the lower die hole working zone, finally the metal flow rate meets the flow rate criterion, which ensures the quality of the profile, effectively reduce the mold development cycle & cost, and improve the rapid response of die repair. The accurate, rapid and effective design of the hollow aluminum hot extrusion die has been realized.
